Shipping Information

Confirm

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order. However, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It usually takes 2-4 business days for your order，while some items may take longer than expected.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

Shipping

US Domestic: 5 - 8 days

International: 5-12 days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.

Please note that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping

Addresses that require specific logistics to be delivered, you need to contact us at service@helacustom.com when placing an order, otherwise we are not responsible for not receiving the package.

International buyers - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country? Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility. 1.How can I edit my order after it's been placed?

Our outliners and digitizers go straight to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, so images cannot be edited after your order is in our system. If there was an error in your order confirmation, please let us know as soon as you can. Our email is service@helacustom.com.

2.How does it works?

1- Order Placement: Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action.

2- Production (1 to 3 days): Once your design is approved, we jump into production mode which takes 1 to 3 days.

3- Final Steps & Shipping: Following production, your order is carefully prepared for shipping. For detailed delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Want your design faster? Select the 'First In Line' option after adding your product to the cart. There are also different shipping options available at checkout.

3.What's the turnaround time?

1- Design Preview (2-4 days): Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action. Within 2-4 days, you'll receive an email showcasing your design. Take your time to review it.

2- Production (1-3 Business Days): Upon approval, we jump into production mode which takes 1 to 3 days.

3- Shipping (5-8 Business Days or Faster): With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically, shipping takes 4 to 8 business days but we offer faster shipping options at the checkout.

4.What if I want don't like the design?

To meet our customer's needs, we offer unlimited revisions and only ship your product upon approval. This way, we ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final piece.

5.Do you only draw pets and couples?

No, we design everything! We have a very talented team that has done a lot of work from couples to families,pets,artistic tattoos, and landscapes.

6.I don't know which photo to choose, can you help me?
