helacustom is committed to personalizing each client's order to a high specification. Each of our orders is customized and therefore final. We do not offer any returns after purchase. Please take some time to consider before placing your order.
1.We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after delivering the product.
2.Each of our products is tested before we send it out, if there is still an error, we will take responsibility for it and allow an exchange/refund.
3.All products are customized according to the customer's specifications in terms of personalization and other aspects. Due to the high customization specifications of each order, returns are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
4.It is the customer's responsibility to specify the individual requirements of the product, size, color, style, etc. at the time of ordering.
*If we have made a mistake, please provide the relevant photos for verification, specifically please contact us via email:service@helacustom.com,and provide your order number and explain why.
Refund/replacement/exchange requests: We accept refund requests when:
1.Lost orders, missing items due to our failed service delivery.
2.We missed customers' order cancellation and/or exchange requests within a 8-hour timeframe after the order was placed.
3.We ship the wrong item/s or you are qualified to get a refund /replacement/exchange, if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier. We do not accept return/refund requests when: 1.Ordered at wrong address, not received at delivery \stolen. 2.Undamaged item but customers simply change their minds.
3.The following are not considered defective/damaged: A.Thread. Cut with scissors, please be careful. B.Pleats. Iron the garment. Please iron the reverse side (inside) of clothes with beads, embroidery or other embellishments. C.Light marks. This is mainly caused by the tailor's use of water-based erasable pens when cutting. Just wipe gently with water. D.Due to lighting, display and other factors, the color of the picture and the actual color of the product may be slightly different. Due to the material production process, the color of each batch of material may vary slightly.
Refund Method
Refunds are made according to the path of purchase. Refunds to another bank card or account are not supported.
HOW TO PREPARE RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Step 1: If you're not content to the products received, please contact our customer service for further help.
Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
Step 3: Ship out your package at the local post office.
Step 4: when we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.
AFTER YOUR RETURN ACCEPTED
1: The returns will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receipt of your package. The funds will be issued to your original payment account, depending on your payment service.
Note: All payment will be refunded to its original payment method.
2: The shipping fee currently is non-refundable. However,Helacustom will reimburse customer US$10 as the return fee in the form of store credit points:
a). Customers received the wrong item.
b). The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.
Note: Helacustom reserves the right not to process the refund if it is in unacceptable condition.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
