Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is produced.

If you need to cancel the order, please contact us at email： service@helacustom.com, and provide your order number and state the reason. Please note that cancellations may incur a processing fee.

1. Unshipped: 30% processing fee within 8 hours 50% processing fee within 12 hours
2. Orders cannot be canceled if they are placed more than 24 hours ago.

3. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if orders have been shipped.
